Where to find extra garbage bags?

There are garbage bags under the kitchen sink. If not there, then check cleaning closet in the ground floor patio.

Why clean the kitchen?

Nobody likes to live in a pigsty. I believe you received a clean kitchen when you came and no human likes to go through half eaten food of others and clean. If your idea of vacation is exploitation of cleaning staff, then this is not a place for you.
