Cleaning Policy

Staff timings:

  • Our staff is available daily between 10 AM – 11 AM, except on Sundays.

  • If you check in on a Sunday, the staff will take their weekly off on another day during your stay.


How to Arrange Cleaning Services

You can request cleaning services using either of these methods:

1. Direct Request to the Caretaker

  • Speak to the caretaker in-person at least a day in advance to arrange cleaning or other services.

  • Discuss a suitable time and process for the service.

2. WhatsApp Request

  • Send a message in the WhatsApp group (link below) with the following details:

    1. Location: Do you need cleaning in a room or the entire house?

    2. Villa Number: Your villa number for identification

    3. Request Details: What service you need.


  • Please send your request by 8 AM for same-day service. Requests sent later may be scheduled for the next day.




Cleaning Rules

  • Bedsheet Change: Available once every three days (on request).

  • Dishes: Our staff assists with dish cleaning, but guests are responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Please avoid leaving the kitchen in a mess.

  • Room Cleaning: We aim to clean all rooms once every three days.

    • If you require daily cleaning, simply request it from the staff.

    • Please avoid bringing in excessive sand. Some guests assume daily cleaning allows for careless behavior, but we encourage responsible usage of the space.
